These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reportiv (the “Service”), operated by Reportiv (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Reportiv generates SEO audit reports for websites and lets you deliver them as branded (white-label) PDF documents. Reports are produced using automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address to create an account. Access is granted via secure sign-in links sent to that address. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Audit or scan websites you do not own or are not authorized to analyze on behalf of their owner.
• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service except as permitted by your plan.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans grant a monthly allowance of audits and features as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the branding assets, contact details, and content you upload, and to the reports generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process this material solely to operate and provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Service, its software, and its underlying technology.

6. AI-generated output

Reports are produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. They are not professional, legal, or guaranteed advice, and we do not warrant any specific search-ranking or business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing each report before relying on it or delivering it to a client.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
